What's up world...
I recently read a blog posting by my boy Brandon Williams. It has inspired me to share my story with people as well. In light of the recent death of Chris Lighty, who was big in the music & entertainment industry, I realized that the topic of depression is not talked about enough. There are people from all walks of life & backgrounds who struggle with depression due to circumstances.
I've battled with depression in the past & very recently... I know how far depression can take you. I'm hoping I never have to experience it ever again. Our lives are valuable even if you don't think the ones you love value you, someone does. I'm just gonna leave it at that right now. My next posting will explain in more detail. I'm not afraid to be transparent about what is going on in my life. We all need an outlet to release our frustrations, hurts, pains, etc. Talk to you soon world.
