What's up world!!! This is my time to fulfill all my missions!!! The first being getting healthy!!! I'm ON A MISSION to lose 20 lbs by my birthday (12/21) and 50-60 lbs by May 1st, 2011. And I'm determined to reach these goals & hopefully exceed them! So, if you're reading this & you have a similar mission... Let's do it together!!! This is currently week 3 for me. I have workout sessions every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. At the present time, I've committed to doing 2 sessions each day. Then the next phase is to incorporate other activities such as basketball, skating, bowling & dancing. And the goal after that is to be working out & having an activity 6 days a week. Monday thru Saturday with Sunday being a complete rest day. Now some people might think that's too much or insane, but i don't because at one time in my life working out & playing basketball was all i did. Once i stopped (5 yrs ago) i began to put on weight due to inactivity & constantly eating! My eating habits never changed, just my activity level...
But I'm changing my eating habits as well as getting my butt back in shape!!! If you're looking for that jump start then i can refer you to my trainer (Mr. Charles Green) and he'll hook you up!!
